References from previous employers are conducted to gain in-depth knowledge of candidate skills, abilities and attitudes. These references are specifically taken from the candidate’s previous direct reports to ensure honesty
 
Credit and criminal checks are conducted, together with qualification and identify verifications if required. Personality Profile Assessments are available on request.
